Cereals and Bars are nutrient dense blends of fruits, grains,
and seeds. The ingredientss are carefully selected for
their nutritional value and flavor. In doing so, these cereals
and bars are a
well balanced healthy food which covers much of the wide
spectrum of vitamins, minerals, etc. Amaranth and real Fruit
Powders are two of those key ingredients.
Amaranth has a fine balance of amino acids making it an
excellent source of high quality, balanced protein, which is
more complete than the protein found in most seeds and grains.

Swiss Army Utility Knife ComboSo many tools housed

The L PAK is a set of three sharpeners. It includes Super fine,
fine, and medium diamond pads.
