We are pleased to present the most innovative compensation
plan that has ever been created.
Its powerful concepts will literally change the way the world
will view the direct sales industry. As you will quickly see, every challenge
that plagues this industry has been eliminated through this new plan.
To enroll one pays an Annual Virtual Office (VO) fee of
$39.95. That makes you an Advocate with our company.
From there you begin your participation in the program. First,
you can simply purchase the product in any amount and have it shipped to you for
your own personal use, for sale to your personal retail customers, or you can
donate it to a humanitarian organization of your choice. You can also
choose to designate the company to donate up to 10% of it to a designated
charity on your behalf. If you choose the latter option you will
receive a receipt from that organization/s at the end of each year which can be
used to obtain a tax deduction.
Next if you wish to share the program with others and begin
building your residual income, you will need to meet the minimum monthly
personal volume (“PV”) requirement by personally generating at least $36 in
sales to your customers and for your own use.
You will begin filling your Uni-Level structure with all the
earnings based on individual effort. There is no limit to the number you can
share the program with. Then as those you enroll in the program share it with
others and develop their own customers, you will benefit from three Generations
of growth below you.
Note: The charts found in this booklet are simply
hypothetical illustrations showing how the compensation plan operates. Prepare
Then Share does not make any representation that your organization will grow in
this fashion. The company also does not make any promise or representation that
you will be profitable in your business. Financial success in this business
takes sales skill, hard work, and diligence.

Of the $36 monthly PV generated by those you sponsored on your
first generation, you will receive 20%.

When those you sponsor share the program with others, they
become your 2nd generation and you will receive 10% of the PV on your second
generation sales.

Then as that generation builds you will now have a third
generation and receive 10% of the PV generated on your third generation.
DYNAMIC COMPRESSION
An exciting concept called Dynamic Compression allows you to
benefit from all volume possible and you will not be impacted if someone in the
middle of your group becomes inactive.
You will always gain full benefit from your entire
organization!
This is how it works… Let’s say you enroll A, B, and C and B
enrolled D, E and F.

Note the red PV box indicates that each Advocate in this illustration has
generated the minimum qualifying PV.
As you can see, B enrolled D, E and F. However, B did not generate his monthly
PV quota.
Because B did not qualify for earnings, Dynamic Compression then takes
place and a temporary removal of inactive positions occurs for that month only.
This allows you to get paid on the PV generated by D, E, and F as though you had
personally sponsored them.

After earnings are paid by the company, the original structure
is reinstated. The nice thing about this is that B never loses his/her position
through this process and can regain activity the following month and again
receive commissions based on his efforts. However, his / her sponsor will
never lose the benefit of the entire organization if someone chooses not to
qualify for the earnings in any given month.

EVERYONE can become a Global Advocate and enter our 3x7
Dynamic Triad
Now let’s move to the “core” of this program and how each
person can become a Global Advocate. Everyone is placed in the next open
position of our 3x7 Dynamic Triad when he/she enrolls.
An additional $72 PV per Month is required in order to qualify
for and retain that position.
(Commissions will be paid in the Global Advocate Phase on the $72 PV ONLY
–
All additional PV will be credited to the Advocate Phase and paid through that
commission structure,
Including but not limited to the required qualifying $36 PV for that phase.)

If an individual holding a position does not meet the minimum
monthly PV qualification for that position, he/she will be compressed from the
Triad. The Triad fills (and compresses) in a balanced format as illustrated
above.
Compensation is earned on each generation based on
qualification for such and each individual is paid a full 7 Generations below
his or her position as it fills.
The compensation breakdown for the 3x7 Dynamic Triad
This is the compensation breakdown and qualification
requirements for the original Triad position held.*
Generation 1 pays 1% of the volume for each purchase from your
1st Generation.

To receive this, you must have a monthly PV of $72. As
stated earlier, this allows you to retain your position in the triad. From there
you must qualify for further earnings as follows.
Generation 2 pays 2% of the volume for each purchase from your
2nd Generation.

To receive this, you must Sponsor 1 active Global Advocate into the
program.
Generation 3 pays 5% for each sale generated by those from
your 3rd Generation.

To receive this compensation, you must sponsor 2 active
Global Advocates into the program.
Generation 4 pays 6% for each sale generated by those from
your 4th Generation.

To receive this compensation, you must sponsor 3 active
Global Advocates into the program.
Generation 5 pays 7% for each sale generated by those from
your 5th Generation

To receive this compensation, you must personally sponsor 4
active Global Advocates into the program. You have now reached Perpetual Momentum.
This powerful concept will be explained shortly.
Generation 6 pays 8% for each sale generated by those from
your 6th Generation.
To receive this compensation, two of those that you have personally sponsored
must be qualified Advanced Global Advocates. (Advanced Global Advocate is
someone who has qualified for the 4th generation Triad earnings - or in other
words sponsored at least three active Advocates in the program.)

Finally, Generation 7 pays 9% for each sale generated by those
from your 7th Generation.

To receive this compensation, 4 of those that you have
personally sponsored must be Qualified Advanced Global Advocates.
THE DIFFERENCE: THE PERPETUAL MOMENTUM FACTOR
Now for the most ingenious concept ever created – the
Perpetual Momentum Factor. This concept solves several problems that every other
direct sales company has had.
Through this process, a sponsor will now contribute to the
income of those he/she sponsored, thereby creating a true teamwork dynamic!
Sound exciting? This is how it works:
There is an optional re-entry into the next open position in
the Triad once your earnings reach $1000 and then each time your earnings
increase by $1000 in any and all positions in the Triad. However, the Perpetual
Momentum Factor is driven by retail sales. The first time you take another
position in the Triad, you must retail at least 50% of the product PV. For any
other position you take in the Triad, 100% of your product PV must be generated
through retail sales.
The only added requirement is that you must meet the monthly
qualifying PV in all positions to receive compensation from any position.
This is beyond Powerful…in fact there is no way to effectively
describe the positive impact this will have on addressing preparedness and
hunger, not to mention the earnings that can be made available to each
individual who participates in the program as a Global Advocate.

100% of the available percentages stated in our compensation plan to our
Advocates. No other company has ever made that commitment and developed a plan
to fulfill it. We are “About People”! This is about you! Our focus is
truly different than any other company in existence. How? Read on…
THE THREE BONUS POOLS
Here is how we intend to accomplish this powerful aspect of
the program. Due to the fact that the Triad is balanced, with balanced
pay-out…if monthly qualification for each generation is not met by any
individual, funds will be divided equally and added to Three Bonus Pools. These
Pools will be divided on a prorated basis on the number of shares earned by
qualifying Advocates in each pool and distributed as follows:

For the Promoter Pool (also funded by 1% of
total Triad PV) you will be awarded:
· 1 share for each individual who has personally
sponsored and retains a monthly minimum of 6 active Advocates and at
least 50 % of your monthly
PV is generated through personal retail sales.

The Director Pool (also funded by 1% of the total
Triad volume) awards:
· 1 share for each individual who has sponsored and
retains a monthly minimum of 5 active Advanced Global Advocates.
· 1 added share will be awarded for each additional
5 personally sponsored Advanced Global Advocates.

The Super PTS Pool awards:
· 1 share for each individual who has reached a
minimum of $800 PV in any given month, at least 70% of which is
generated from Retail Sales…and
· Sponsors 9 new active
Advocates in that same month
Note: When the PV for any Advocate exceeds the qualified
PV for any position in the Triad, commissions will be calculated on that
volume in the Advocate Phase.
“RETAIL SALES” are sales of commissionable products
by Advocates to customers who are not also Advocates. Retail Sales can be
generated through an Advocates Prepare Then Share replicated website or from
an Advocates inventory. Sales of products from an Advocate’s inventory must
be documented in their VO to verify that the sales were to legitimate retail
customers.
