Prepare Then Share™, LLC – Making a Difference
On a monthly
basis, Prepare Then Share™, LLC will donate $2.00 worth of our highly nutritious
food or whey products to one of our humanitarian sources for every monthly
Advocate volume of at least $36 PV.
In addition, if an Advocate wishes to make a product donation to a charity, we
will issue up to 10% of an Advocate’s product orders on their behalf to domestic
charities that are set up to receive charitable donations. You may qualify for a
tax deduction for those donations. A receipt for a tax deduction will be issued
by the designated charity; Prepare Then Share does not issue tax receipts.
Product donations handled in this manner will be delivered in bulk and there
will be no shipping charges attached.
Because we are a “For-Profit” company, we must limit these company-handled
donations to this amount so that normal purchasing, retailing and Direct Sales
business occurs as outlined by the laws governing this industry. Compliance is
appreciated.

- Where the company and Advocate donations have

- Areas of need if you wish to do something in your
location
- Statistics and documentation
Prepare Then Share™, LLC is a for-profit business.
Prepare Then Share, LLC is NOT a non-profit
business under IRS Code Section 501(c)(3). Product purchases from Prepare Then
Share are not tax deductible.
Independent Advocates must never represent
that they are soliciting sales for a charitable purpose. They are soliciting
sales on behalf of Prepare Then Share – a for-profit company.
If an Advocate represents that he or she is
soliciting sales on behalf of a charity, please immediately report the Advocate
to the company by sending an email to cs@preparethenshare.com. |
