Why sprouts for emergency preparedness?
Commonly recommended food storage items do not address the body’s long term
nutritional need for vitamins and minerals found only in ‘living foods’
(fresh fruits and vegetables). History provides us with numerous accounts of
sailors, explorers, pioneers, etc. that suffered great pain or death from
